Returns

We are happy to assist you with the return of items purchased online that are unsuitable once we are notified within 15 days from the day after delivery of the item(s). Once we are informed of your decision to cancel and return your order, you have a further 15 days from the date you cancelled to return any item(s) to us. While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in a resaleable, as sold condition. By this we mean:

  • You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold at full price.

  • You have not used the product.

  • The product contains no personal data and is not registered to a user.

  • A 10% administration and restocking charge will be deducted from your refund along with the cost of shipping,

Please be aware that we will cover return costs only if the goods are faulty.

** Some exclusions to our returns policy apply. Unless faulty, we reserve the right to reject returns where installation/assembly on a product has already begun. Where items that are not in a resaleable as sold condition. Where packaging and labels have been disposed of. 

Refunds

FlagsDirect.ie can provide a refund for items that are unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. You must notify sales@flagsdirect.ie within 24 hours of receiving an order to be eligible for a full refund, the cost of delivery is non refundable if you paid extra for express delivery. If you opted for the free delivery option a cost of €10.00 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. 

We must receive the returned products back before a refund can be authorised as the returned stock must be checked. We suggest sending the returned item back through registered post so it can be tracked. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@flagsdirect.ie and send your item to: Unit 16 Block 2, Port Tunnel Business Park, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, D17Y568

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 16 Block 2, Port Tunnel Business Park, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17, D17Y568

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
