We offer FREE Nationwide Delivery within the Republic of Ireland and NI.

We usually dispatch and deliver all orders between 1-3 working days in the Republic of Ireland and NI

We offer Express DPD Guaranteed next day delivery within the Republic of Ireland, there is a delivery charge of €10.00

Yes, you can call to our store (Unit 16 Block 2, Port Tunnel Business Park, Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 D17Y568 Ireland). Our opening hours are 09:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

FlagsDirect.ie can provide a refund for items that are unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. You must notify www.FlagsDirect.ie within 24 hours of receiving an order to be eligible for a full refund, the cost of delivery is non refundable if you paid extra for express delivery. We must must receive the returned products back before a refund can be authorised as the returned stock must be checked

FLAG SIZE

What size are the flags?

All our flags are 3x6ft or 1800mm x 900mm and these are the correct size flag for FlagPoles upto 8m tall. Flags should always be a 2:1 ratio. We can offer larger size flags upon request. Please see our suggested Flag Size Chart for details

FLAG QUALITY

What material do you use in your flags?

They are made from 100% polyester unless otherwise stated. We can also offer a mesh material for Banner style flags.

Are these flags suitable for outdoor use?
All our flags are suitable for outdoor use, however we advises that they do not be left out in stormy weather or when there is a weather warning in place.
